Jo joined the company in 2024 having spent almost 8 years at Ibstock in the Developer Team as a regional account manager as well as looking after some national developer key accounts. Before Ibstock, Jo worked for Tarmac as a regional sales executive.

Jo’s early career was as a textile and ceramic designer. She designed lace fabrics living in rural Ayrshire, having graduated from Herriot Watt University in Edinburgh with a 2:1 in Industrial Textile Design in 1997. She then went onto design the surface patterns of ceramic tiles at Johnson Tiles in Stoke on Trent. From there, Jo gained her first sales role in 2004 with a show home and flooring company, this was Jo’s first experience into the construction industry and has never looked back.

In her spare time Jo is a keen horse rider, equestrian artist and is currently learning to play the piano, stating you are never too old to learn new tricks!

Jo has relocated from North Staffordshire to Wiltshire to join JML and looks after the South/South West region . She adores the countryside of Wiltshire because there are plenty of places to ride her horse, and the weather is warmer.
