South Acton regeneration marks the beginning of a new character and identity for the northern redbrick part of the South Acton estate.

The 246 mixed tenure new homes are focused around Avenue Road Park – one of the key gardens in the Acton Gardens master plan. The scheme pays tribute to the iconic stature of many of the estate buildings being demolished, and combines this with the richness of character, texture, and history of personal stories they have housed.

Phase 3.1 was the first phase of South Acton’s regeneration to be designed after the approval of the 2350 home masterplan for the estate.

The development is located adjacent to South Acton over ground station and includes a new Station Square which provides the entrance to the regeneration area. Number of buildings: 124 new homes (70% private sale; 23% social rent; 6% shared ownership).
